My degree specialism in illustration was born of my love of books and visual story telling.
I illustrate across mediums, with a love of paper, print and thread. I am inspired by the links between collage, tapestry/ embroidery and traditional visual art forms that reflect a heritage of stories and cultures.

Inspired by the Mary Quant: Fashion Revolutionary exhibition at Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum- ‘Menswear’ explores pop cultural themes of gender, fandom, celebrity and fashion in 1960s Britain.
